General, Construction, OSSF Rules and Regulations
In order to maintain the viability of the Cherokee Water Company and the prosperity and harmony of the residential community of Lake Cherokee, the Board of Directors of the CWC hereby establish these Rules and Regulations, which shall be applied fairly and equitably to all.
Bylaws of Cherokee Water Company
These bylaws are subject to, and governed by, the Texas Business Organizations Code, as amended from time to time, and the articles of incorporation of the CHEROKEE WATER COMPANY (the "Corporation"). In the event of a direct conflict between the provisions of these bylaws and the mandatory provisions of the Texas Business Organizations Code or the provisions of the articles of incorporation of the Corporation, such provisions of the Texas Business Organizations Code or the articles of incorporation of the Corporation, as the case may be, will be controlling. Concurrent with the adoption of these bylaws, all prior bylaws are hereby repealed.

Lease Renewal 2022-2023
The 2022-2023 Annual Lease Renewal can be completed and either faxed to (903) 643-2717 or emailed to barbara@lkcherokee.com. Any fees that are due can be paid by mailing a check to the office address (NK 20 Lake Cherokee Longview, TX 75603) or you can pay with Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards by calling the office with the card information and amount you authorize to charge. A receipt will be included with the packet mailed containing your decals and privilege cards. If you have any questions regarding completing the application, please feel free to contact the office and we will be happy to assist you. For those that have the annual lease paid through a financial institution, please remember that the actual lease application must still be completed, signed and returned for your account to be current and for you to be a shareholder in good standing.
